Preview the soundtrack to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. It’s epic.
I don’t remember if I reblogged this the first time I saw it. Wonderful: movie music always impresses me for some reason.
Patrick Doyle / Underwater Secrets
[Featured in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire]Also known as the ‘mermaid’s melody’. Listen to the second half.
Movie music is always often incredible.
So, instead of splitting it; I think ‘they’ should make Deathly Hallows into the next Return of the King. Think about it: 4 hours of Harry Potter?! (and Evanna Lynch and Emma Watson - teehee) It would be awesome. I guess it wouldn’t sell as well because of the length, but I would watch it. Maybe even twice if it was good. Return of the King sold pretty well right? It was 210 minutes (3.5 hrs) and the extended edition is just over 4. While on the topic of movies, make the flipping Subtle Knife movie please!!! This is one of my biggest wishes in the world!!
Also to be able to focus on my homework… I should be in bed right now but I haven’t started my English thing.

Every time I see a “Fast & Furious” trailer, I think: Movie-meh; song-hexa awesome! :D
The intro to Quantum of Solace is my favorite part of the entire movie.
Totally agree! I saw this movie on the plane and when I saw the title sequence immediately put it down as my fav ever. I think 007 did the same slow-mo bullet shooting thing a couple of times, but whatev… ;)
=killer good movie
i just saw it. you should see it if you haven’t. really, really, quite a good movie.
i saw it on the plane. good, but i had super-high expectations after so many awards. good use of MIA. Jai Ho should not have won best score… dammit…
This has made my day a little bit more happier.
Thanks you to anybody who posted this.
this is golden. right up there with validation (that’s the one about the guy who makes everyone smile, if you haven’t seen it). totally sweet and happy!
Not as good as Validation, but still very very awesome. (search my tlog for validation)
Watching the oscars right now and they’re playing Lovers in Japan by Coldplay in the background of “romance in 2008.”
Wall-e score so far: won animated, lost original screenplay
Hiya! So i watched City of Ember on the plane and it was a lot better than I expected. It was such a good book and they did a good job with the movie. Bill Murray was so good as the mayor!!!
I also watched The Rocker with Rainn Wilson and that was hilarious/just plain awesome. =D(alec
Soo cool. I read the book btw; it wasn’t that creepy. But it was creepy. Can’t wait for this movie.
YAY!!! Animated Film, Original Score, Original Song, Sound Editing, Sound Mixing, and ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY!!!
And Presto was nominated for Animated Short Film!
Oh, I'm Alec. I'm in high school and I live in Seattle (win!). I pretty much have a lot of love in my heart, except not in a corny way right? Anyways, please enjoy all of this. Also you can drop me a line if that does anything for ya.
